NROC will provide and arrange for erection of exhibit booth and uniform color draping and table linens. NROC will provide and arrange for erection of tables with uniform color skirting. Each exhibit must be confined to the spatial limits of its respective space. Signage is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Each booth/table space will have standard voltage power, however, extension cords may be required and are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
$790 Single Booth: 8′ X 10′ booth with carpet, drape, one table, two chairs. In the main Exhibit Hall. There will be food/beverages in this area. Two representatives included.
$700 Mezzanine Booth: 8′ skirted table in Exhibit Mezzanine outside the Exhibit Hall. Attendees must walk through this area to get to the Exhibit Hall. There will be food/beverages in this area. Two representatives included.
$1250 Double Booth: 8′ X 20′ booth with carpet, drape, tables, chairs. In the main Exhibit Hall. There will be food/beverages in this area. Three representatives included.
NEW IN 2017- HIGH BOY TABLE OPPORTUNITY: Available on first come first serve basis, limited to 6 per day and to vendors already purchasing an Exhibit Hall or Mezzanine Booth. Standard round high boy table located inside the break area. Opportunity to visit with OD’s and Para Staff as they enjoy their break in between sessions. Estimated 3-4 break times per day (agenda change at the discretion of NROC).
$400 Thursday High Boy: Standard round high boy table located in education break area.

BOOTH/TABLE SET-UP & BREAK DOWN
You will be responsible for the set up and break down of your booth/table and all materials. NROC and the Snow King Resort will be onsite to assist in providing directions for booth locations and answer questions. You will receive a map with booth assignments when you arrive. NROC or the Snow King will not be responsible to help load in or out your booth materials or equipment. If you have materials shipped or concerns about heavy equipment please make arrangements directly with the Snow King Resort.
If you will require assistance with transportation and/or storage of freight, you are responsible for making the necessary arrangements through the Snow King Resort. NROC will not be responsible for your materials or equipment while exhibiting during our Convention.

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate by donating a door prize. NROC will provide each attendee the chance to win by participating in activities that require they visit each booth and be present to win. Prizes will be drawn and awarded at the conclusion of the Exhibit Hall time on Friday.
Advertising in the 2017 Conference Brochure is a cost-effective way to reach attendees and increase your marketing efforts. The 8 1/2″ by 5 1/2″ brochure, included in all registration packets, will include the itinerary of meetings, educational offerings, social events, speaker biographies, and other important information. The combination of exhibiting and advertising provides the perfect opportunity to project your organization’s image and show your involvement in the field of Optometry.

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
In preparing for our 2017 Northern Rockies Optometric Conference, we would like to give you an additional opportunity to show your support for Optometry and make your company visible. Sponsoring is a wonderful way for exhibitors to gain additional notoriety from convention attendees. Your company’s name is spotlighted during the sponsored event, and special thanks are given in conference publications.
There are many different levels of sponsorship available, each for different events. All sponsorships will be filled on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Listed below are the different types, with a brief description.
- $1500 Welcome Reception (limited to one sponsor): Your company will be spotlighted in conference materials, and at the event you will have special signage, table and your representative will be invited to network with attendees as well as hand out any company materials you would like.
- $1000 Breaks (Five available): Your company will be spotlighted in the conference materials and will get special signage at the break.
- $500 Coffee (Two available): Your company will be spotlighted in the conference materials and will get special signage during the coffee time prior to the first CE course each morning
- $2500 OD Lunch Buffet (limited to one sponsor): Your company will be spotlighted in the conference materials and your representative will have a 10 minute speaking opportunity to highlight your company.
